Wineries typically have a traditional stigma to them, unless you’re in an urban atmosphere. Designed by Christian de Portzamparc, the Chateau Cheval Blanc Winery is a great contemporary space in France that’s got a classic feel combined with modern touches throughout. The structure has got a total of six load bearing pillars that are shaped to hold the entire structure and it just so happens that it is symbolic.
The building itself is in the shape of an infinity symbol, and the interior is just as gorgeous as the outside setting. With organically shaped vats of wine and natural materials on furnishings– this location is perfect for an event or especially a wedding. There’s even a roof garden to watch the sunset over the French hills.
