Conceptual Light Gardens By Bruce Munro

Posted 301 days ago by

Design concepts that end up translating to light are always successful, and Bruce Munro has got to be an expert in his craft. Being the free thinker that he is, Bruce has contributed various light installations to Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania.

There are multiple displays available to take in and enjoy from now until September 29th, and each one has its own original concept stemming from somewhere in Munro’s creative mind and life experiences. Guests are invited to explore Arrow Spring, Field of Light, Waterlilies, Candlelight, Water Towers, Forest of Light, Snowballs, and Light Shower.

Bruce’s description of the handful of exhibits is simple to begin with– but much more in depth than one might think upon looking at the breathtaking lights. He shares they are “simply sketchbook jottings realized. Creating these pieces allows me to communicate some of my feelings about the importance of cherishing the environment.”

Some sustainable, some intricately woven plans of execution– but all in all some of the most gorgeous light installations we’ve seen to date.
