Live-Work-Play Beaver Street Reprise Residence in San Francisco

We all know that typically work and play do not blend well, but the San Francisco based team at Craig Steely Architecture decided they would challenge that notion with their Beaver Street Reprise.

The home features a theme known as park, live, work, play due to the structure of the dwelling. Entering on the ground floor of the property is the parking area, while the second floor brings us to the living area of the home. Entering the third floor shows an office where the business gets done, while the rooftop floor was designed for nothing more than play and relaxation. The wood clad residence features floor to ceiling windows opening up the rooftop deck where residents can enjoy views of the northern California city.
