Tree houses are something we have had a fascination with since our childhood years, as we are only more captivated by them as we grow older. We have encountered a few restaurant treehouses in the past, but nothing like this Banyan Treehouse Restaurant.
Located in the Banyan Town shopping center in Okinawa, Japan, the Naha Harbor Diner is nothing short of a spectacle attracting tourists and locals alike. The restaurant focuses on selling “locally grown and organic harvested foods fresh from the farm.” The restaurant itself is perched 20 feet above the ground atop a massive tree trunk and has certainly become a famous landmark in the local area.
