With just a quick glance at the stunning Waterfall House, it comes as no surprise that the home was conceived by a young business man. The design elements and styling of the home are both contemporary and masculine, making this one of our favorite bachelor pads.
The home resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and was designed by the local design studio at Andres Remy Arquitectos. The home spans 3,600 square feet, and features a neutral grey facade that is contrasted by the dark wood accents, stainless steel railings, and lush green landscape that surrounds the property. The focal point of the home is the swimming pool, where an incredible waterfall pours into the pool from the second level.
