Something about beautiful gardens always puts a smile on our faces, which is why the Maximum Garden House left us grinning from ear to ear.
Designed by the Singapore based team at Formwerkz Architects, this breathtaking property is a garden lover’s dream. This three story residence is large enough for a good sized family with a livable square footage of 3,760. Aside from the multiple gardens located throughout the home, this dwelling also features several other incredible design elements including the mosaic tile lined stair railing and inclined roof top deck allowing the residents to enjoy the skyline views. The architect describes the gardens on the upper part of the wall behave like a curtain wall. ” Enclosing part of the building façade on the upper floor is a layer of planting system we devised to behave more like a curtain wall. Its primary function is to perform as a privacy screen and to keep the rain out.”
