Residing on Jeju Island, Korea is the construction site for the soon to be developed Cocoon House. Designed by the team at Planning Korea, the residence is nothing like anything we have ever encountered in the past.
The home revolves around a massive, spherical element that serves as the focal point for the building. The project will undergo its first round of construction this coming September 2012, utilizing all locally sourced finishing materials, and will be completed in the year 2015. The home features plenty of floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
