Contemporary Dream Downtown Hotel in New York City by Handel Architects

It seems as though we can’t go a single day without making a pit stop in the city that never sleeps. New York City is home to some of the mot incredibly designed buildings around the world, and the Dream Downtown Hotel is certainly no exception.
The project was designed by the New York city based design studio Handel Architects and was recently completed last year in 2011. The hotel is 12 stories high and includes 184,700 square feet of space for guests to enjoy. The boutique hell resides in the coveted Chelsea neighborhood of New York City and features 316 guestrooms, two different restaurants, outdoor pool and pool bar, gym to stay in shape while on vacation, event space, ground floor retail, and of course rooftop and VIP lounges to mingle with other guests and locals.
