Our search for the best in contemporary design once again takes us south of the border to the province of Cañete, Perú, more specifically Playa Las Gaviotas.
The Peruvian based studio Gomez de la Torre & Guerrero Arquitectos has built an incredible single family residence titled the Casa V2 project. The contemporary dwelling is quite spacious, spanning an area of 3,032 square feet. The residence takes on somewhat of a modular design, with several different living spaces connecting in the center. Our favorite part of the home is the beautiful rooftop deck complete with a beautiful tile lined pool to help you beat the heat while enjoying the ocean views.
