If you are on the quest for stunning contemporary homes, look no further than southern California’s backyard of Hollywood Hills. Home to many celebrities, this place exemplifies contemporary luxury living topped off with views that are absolutely breathtaking.
Featured here is a 1960′s home that has been completely renovated by the Los Angeles based architecture firm XTen. The home’s architectural infrastructure revolves around a series of interconnected terraced spaces due to the zoning and geographical constraints, which lead XTen to build off the down sloped property’s existing footprint. The home is modern, and sleek covered in white interiors that contrast nicely against the dark, black exteriors. To enjoy the views of Hollywood Hills, XTen built a steel staircase allowing guests access to a terrace that house a rooftop jacuzzi.
