With the summer season right around the corner, it’s time to set our sights on a beautiful dream vacation. We know there are a ton of places you can head out to this year, but the 5 Star Shangri-La’s Villingili Resort and Spa is a serious contender for our favorite spot.

Along with many of the previously featured resorts, the Villingili Resort and Spa is located in the beautiful Republic of Maldives. This 2 mile long island consists of 142 different villas surrounded by 30 acres of lush vegetation, several natural lagoons, nature trails, and what would paradise be without thousands of palm trees?
