Bergen, Netherlands is home to the wonderfully designed Restaurant Fabbrica. The restaurant utilizes a wide, open space floor plan while still offering plenty of privacy for visitors through the elevated niches, which are almost like adult versions of our childhood tree houses.
Within the niches hang delicately crafted chandeliers alongside glass stemware that was designed by Amsterdam based Tiep Studio. In order to access the elevated niches, the restaurant makes us of mini ladders, making your meal time a bit adventurous. Wood is used heavily throughout the project, including the tree stumps adorning the walls throughout the location. Restaurant Fabbrica makes use of a large pizza oven that is drenched in Bisaza tile mosaic adding the perfect finishing touch to the decor.
