Located 1.5 hours outside of beautiful Melbourne, Australia on the Mornington Peninsula is one of the most fascinating homes we have encountered. The Klein Bottle House was designed by architects McBride Charles Ryan.
Building a house with so many angles is no easy task, hence developing the surface area of the home required the assistance of topological mathematicians. All of the surfaces on the residence may be distorted, but topologically they are all the same. The outer surfaces on the exterior are painted in a sleek black while the inner recesses are finished in contrasting shade of either pale grey or simply white. The entire design of the home revolves around a centrally located courtyard.
